• •Institution information including centre name, location, and subdomain.
• •Academic data such as sessions, subjects, grades, results, and learning resources.
• •Payment records — all payments are processed securely by Breezy ArtDrop Studios via Paystack. We never store your full card or mobile money details.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as device type and usage activity, to keep the platform secure and reliable.

2How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to deliver and improve the Tutoring Manager Africa service. Specifically, we use it to:

• •Operate your institution portal and the dashboards for admins, tutors, students, and parents.
• •Schedule sessions, record results, and share learning resources.
• •Process subscription payments through Paystack and send transaction confirmations.
• •Communicate important account, security, and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3Payment Processing

All subscription and one-time payments on Tutoring Manager Africa are processed by Breezy ArtDrop Studios via Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. When you make a payment:

• •Your payment details (card number, mobile money number, etc.) are entered directly into Paystack's secure payment interface and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
• •Breezy ArtDrop Studios receives a transaction confirmation and the amount charged — not your raw payment credentials.
• •Transaction records (amount, date, subscription tier) are retained by Breezy ArtDrop Studios for accounting and legal compliance.
• •By completing a payment, you also agree to Paystack's Privacy Policy (paystack.com/privacy).

4Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions, so each user only sees the data appropriate to their role.

All payment transactions are handled exclusively by Paystack under the Breezy ArtDrop Studios merchant account. Financial credentials are processed within Paystack's PCI-DSS environment and are never stored on our infrastructure.

5Data Sharing

Within your institution, data is shared between connected accounts as needed — for example, a parent can view their child's sessions and results, and a tutor can see their assigned students.

We share data with trusted service providers only as required to operate the platform. These include:

• •Paystack (via Breezy ArtDrop Studios) — for processing subscription payments.
• •Our cloud hosting and database provider — for storing platform data securely.
• •Microsoft Clarity — for anonymised heatmaps and session recordings to improve the platform.

No personally identifiable information is sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Institution administrators manage user accounts within their centre. For platform-level requests — including account deletion — please visit our Account Deletion page or contact our team using the details below.

7Children's Privacy

Student accounts are created and managed by their institution and, where applicable, with parental involvement. We process student academic data only to provide the educational service requested by the institution.

8Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform.
